Below zero wind chills and frigid temperatures didn't stop the growing numbers of supporters speaking out against violence in our community at a prayer vigil on Tuesday night at the Taft Homes complex. It is the hope of all who have attended such vigils, held every time a killing occurs in Peoria, that this will be the last such gathering this year.
